The hotel wasn’t bad, but it was the most rundown Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. There were no guides for the TV, no coffee in the rooms, and it just needed some renovations to give a cleaner look. It’s SUPER convenient for Universal Studios and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The breakfast had hot options and a large selection of a variety of food, but no hot chocolate for kids. The hotel was clean, just looked like a lower end hotel, which I wasn’t expecting for a Hampton Inn.

Pretty bummed that when we arrived, granted we arrived later than we wanted to caused by traffic and being in a time crunch. Anyways ,immediately walking into our room it was muggy and smelled like wet, moldy air:. We turned the A/C down and it seemed to lessen the smell. When we returned back to the room after our plans we found a palmetto bug in our room.. we didn’t have enough time in our trip to get up and move rooms/hotels so we stuck it out.

They were very accommodating to our needs! We had to travel to the area early morning getting to the hotel around 8 am. Even though check in was not till 3 they let us use the business center to work till our room was ready! Front staff was super nice and professional! This stay makes it possible for me and my boyfriend to travel and work so smoothly! We will definitely be back! Hotel was clean in all areas! Our room was clean and beds comfortable! Thankyou Hampton for all your assistance with our stay!

Universal trip stay
Staff was excellent especially Linda at the front desk and the lady that ran the breakfast setup. Very customer orientated. The housekeeping staff even cleaned our room and made our bed something you don't see anymore on short stays. We will return.
