The hotel looks amazing, didn’t like the bed sheets. It was dirty. I contacted the front desk, when room service came to replace it, for the new one, it was also dirty, never the less, she said that the washing machines leave it like that. My suggestion is to replace them for brand new ones if they can’t remove the stains anymore.

Relax in Margaritaville
Check in was seamless. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Euphoria restaurant was absolutely delicious. Poolside bar/restaurant was enjoyable & entertaining. Overall the room was good. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Be prepared to walk a lot- the resort is spread out. Beautiful walkways around the facility. Three things to note: plush robes were not provided as stated, parking was not convenient to our room and we didn’t want to have to wait for valet parking each time we headed out, and the room refrigerator started leaking overnight- we discovered a puddle in front of the cabinet in is housed in once we woke in the morning. Overall, a decent experience.
