The toiled was clogged, they didn't fix it. They changed us to another unit (at the followingday), that unit was clean but upside-down, with no shower curtain, the toilet seat wasn't installed, etc, etc, etc... We had to wait more than 2 hours to get someone to fix the issues. The manager took off the resort fee and gave us vouchers for the restaurant, but we are not going back to that property never again.

I would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing I have to say is that the floors needed to be swept. It’s customary for me to go through my room after checking in to see if everything is clean and nothings wrong because I travel with my 3 years old grandson. Apart from that small issue the stay was beautiful.
