Check in was fast and easy, but bathroom curtain was broken and didn't look clean. What made things worst was the day of check out i was woken up at 7am with loud music from the pool area and then landscaping personnel. Music shouldn't be played at that time anyday.

Rooms were very spacious and overall property was very good. The swimming pool was nearby and was amazing. The reception staff were very responsive and helpful.

I am very dissatisfied with this property. The check-in and check-out process was cumbersome, requiring us to navigate through long lines with too many staff members at their desks who didn’t seem to be very efficient. In today’s world, there’s no reason for such delays. The property itself felt dated and lacked a cozy atmosphere. The pool area was also small and in need of updates. Additionally, the check-out time at 10 AM is far too early, especially paired with a 4 PM check-in. Overall, I didn’t find the policies to be very guest-friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Very quiet property. Great place to stay, clean, loved washer and dryer in the room, plenty of space for two people, loved two bathrooms and two showers. Nice golf course - very challenging. Great pool area and tiki bar.

The front desk representative was very RUDE when I arrived instead of educating me it was like he was laughing in my face! Me letting him know I can pay difference he advised to cancel and go to another resort - THE ROOM DID NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS!!! The jacuzzi tub in master suite was filthy and the dryer did not work alsoo in both rooms one lamp did not work? Just a BAD EXPERIENCE
