Hotel was excellent but my experience when i arrived for check in was HORRIBLE. the lady named Shoyan if im not mistaking was very rude. She didnt even try to be nice . She just kept talking to other members and forgot about my presence. She kept pretending she didnt find my reservation and just kept walking away from her desk. I felt horrible with her service. I will never let her assist me again if i go back to this property.

I have stayed at Mystic Dunes at least 40 times. The Room are very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional. Mystic Dunes is Home away from Home. I would recommend Mystic as a premier Resort. Its a Must that you book this Resort

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton. Everyone was so friendly, the room was immaculate, and my needs were accommodated. The only area for improvement is the food, as it was decent but not exceptionally tasty. Overall, everything else was fantastic, and I can't wait to return!
