Property was very good. Only issue is that when we reached there on Christmas Eve, we noticed our bedsheets were very dirty. I called the front desk and the gentleman came and apologized. Next day one of the supervisors apologized as well and said she will compensate 2 nights. Than next day their story changed and I was told only the resort fee will be refunded. I hate when their offers change and mislead people. I was told to call third party. Now the third party will give me the run around. Not fair

I do not have one bad thing to say about this place, Everything about it was amazing, from the property being nicely decorated for Christmas, wonderful & attentive staff, the cleanliness. The rooms was perfect for a family of 5, the beds was very comfortable. I plan to stay here again for my future stays in Orlando it was close to everything literally

Not very happy about the overall experience. I cancelled my initial reservation 2 weeks before check-in date and they did not receive the change. Therefore, they charged me a no-show fee which was not my fault, and they were unwilling to work things out with me. All they did was blame Hotels.com for the error and said that they would not give me back any money or discount my stay.

Very nice place!
We enjoued our stay. They try to get you to do the timeshare tour.,but we declined and no one was rude about it. Clean and convenient to restaurants shopping. Unit could use a few updates, but the grounds were well kept and inviting!
