The Paradise Palms Resort is amazing and has a Clubhouse that offers outdoor sports areas and a games room featuring an arcade. Relax pool side and enjoy drinks at the Tiki Bar while the children play in the children's pool and fountains! There is a restaurant and private ‘free’ cinema and a mini mart too!

KITCHEN & DINING AREA

The open concept kitchen with breakfast bar is perfect for entertaining and easy for serving children and adults alike. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a quick snack or family meals. Plenty of cupboard space too! There is an electric kettle, electric coffee machine, pod style coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, all dinnerware and cooking ware included.

The breakfast bar has seating for four, with an additional two stools behind the breakfast bar which is a perfect area for children or for a laptop, and there is a dining table that seats 6 and two armchairs in the corner for extra seating if needed.

LAUNDRY

There is a full size washer, dryer (two dryer balls), iron, and ironing board for your use.

LIVING ROOM (Downstairs)

The living room has an over sized sectional sofa, additional seating, and a large 65" smart, flat screen TV that overlooks the relaxing pool and spa.

LIVING ROOM 2 (Upstairs)

There is a large second living room area upstairs with a large sectional sofa (with a pull out Sleeper Sofa to sleep 2), Refrigerator for beverages and 46" TV with Roku. This makes for a great second living area. There are board games, card games, and a new Xbox One Digital, games, and two controllers for your entertainment.

POOL / SPA

Enjoyed by everyone, the South facing pool area! Relax by the pool side and soak up the sun or enjoy the pool & spa. There is a table and seating for 6 for al-fresco dining under the covered area with an Outdoor Ceiling fan, 6 loungers, and a gas BBQ grill for your use.

* Pool/Spa heat is available at $25 per night plus tax. Pool heat is recommended October - April.

* Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 100-102 F and runs from 7am - 11pm.

PARKING

There is space in the garage for 1 car and 1 car on the driveway. Additional parking for 1-2 cars is available on the street in front of the house. Please take care not to block other properties.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:

* 1 x roll of paper towels

* 1 x new dish sponge

* 2 x dishwasher tablets

* 1 x small dish soap

* 1 x trash bag per bin

* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom

* 2 x sachets of laundry soap

* Small hand soaps in each bathroom

* For all of your other needs, there is a mini mart on site and there are several grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi, Target, Wal-mart)
