I liked that in the afternoon after 1pm the building blocks out the sun so you can swim without sunblock. During our stay, 1 elevator was working. It was not an issue during the week but the weekend, you had to wait a bit longer to get to your floor. The other thing was the breakfast. There was no bacon or sausage served. It was only eggs,pancakes,toast and bagels. Lots of carbs. There was yogurt that is from a dish, not individual servings. Some kid cereals. Coffee was good. The room we had was amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size. The bathroom was awesome too. It was clean and big.

was very pleased with my stay here, specially due to the quality of the service, breakfast, and convenient location. I visited with my girlfriend to go to the theme parks and was happy to see the wide selection of breakfast available, which was very convenient for a long day at the parks. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again next time I decide to visit the parks!

We were in the bedroom and on the bed my daughter lay down there was a blood stain, he had to sleep with me and my wife. I took pictures of it.

So the staff was friendly and very professional. The lobby to the hotel is very nice but the rooms are not. We had to change rooms because there was roaches and the second room the toilet keep flooding the whole bathroom everytime we flushed it. While they responded to our needs in a timely manner. We will not be staying here again.

The reception area is well done and the rooms are comfortable except that the air condition unit was extremely noisy. The management changed our room but the air condition unit was again very noisy.

Out side was beautiful they two towers to hotel, one is nice other was dated and not the nicest. We were put in the other. Breakfast had toast, pancake machines, cereal yogurt. And rarely any protein and staff was short tempered. A/C was loud and needed to be on lowest to cool it enough

The room outdated smelled moldy the a/c was really loud. Was on the 12th floor husband didn't like being that high so asked if we could get a lower floor and was told with no reason why we couldn't
