I really like my stay, quiet, nearby everything the hotel is good is old but good, they need to add more kitchen pan but is really nice and the staff very attentive, I will come back.

Poorly managed, filthy rooms
Good location but not managed well at all. Filthy. While the public areas look nice, our room was another matter. Vomit stains on bathroom door, baseboards have never been cleaned, dust everywhere. The same trash/debris in our hallway the entire week. No nightstand, had to use a chair for a nightstand. Got stuck in elevator and no one answered the call button. I was finally able to get the door open and take the stairs up. I told the clerk, who simply shrugged his shoulders. (for what it's worth, I am a retired GM for Marriott Hotels).

Nice, clean and uncomfortable
The hotel was clean. The rooms were large. I lived that they had washer and dryers in the rooms. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The pool was clean. The hottub could've been heated up a little more. The beds were old and out-dated. They were spring mattresses that were hard to sleep on, very uncomfortable and loud anytime you moved. The sheets were very stiff, not soft and they made me itch all night.

Spacious rooms/great views/free parking.
4 stars and not 5 because I was little disappointed at the lack of dining options. There was no room service, and the only way to get a meal was at the pool cabana which closes at 8pm And there aren’t many food choices on the menu. It closed even earlier one day because of the rain! I went down there to order some dinner after it stopped raining and it was already closed around 6 or so! So I had to place an order for delivery from a menu the front desk gave me, some pizza place. Also there is no little marketplace near the front desk for snacks or toothpaste etc etc also no vending machines. The rooms have a full kitchen but I don’t cook or feel like lugging in extra stuff so this was a pretty big deal to me. I do like the face there is free Parking and the rooms are very spacious with a huge bathroom with a seperate jet tub and huge walk-in shower which was nice. I always get a balcony too so that option is awesome. I asked for a room up on a high floor and got the 11th floor with an amazing view of the city. I asked for a pool view but actually liked this better. She said the pool side gets noisy and at night the city just lights up. Was pretty. Checkout is 11am but give complimentary til 12noon if you want which is nice. I was able to check in early too before 4. I guess before 2pm there would be an early checkin charge so I got there at 2pm. I’ve stayed there multiple times and for the price it really is worth it. The rooms and pool are great.
