Lovely stay for a few nights
The hotel is very nicely decorated, clean and staff are attentive and helpful. The food in the cafe was nice but service was very slow, if we ordered 2 meals one was prepared before the other and then we would be waiting 20 minutes plus for the second meal. When we first went into the room a piece of chewing gum had been left on the bedside table and at the end of the stay when I pulled my suitcase out from under the bed where I had stored it, it was covered in dust on the bottom. Secondly there is a massive lack of storage space. The room technically could sleep 4 people with 2 double beds but 4 peoples luggage would not fit in the room or have anywhere to store suitcases, hang clothes etc. It was a push for 2 people. Lastly the pool was closed for the majority of our stay but we were able to use the facilities at the sister hotel across the street. The pool opened on the last 2 days of our stay and it was wonderful.

I love the summertime theme. It’s such a relaxing vibe throughout both Surfside and Dockside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and courteous. The dining, pool, pool bar, Starbucks, and complimentary shuttle service to/from the parks all contribute to an amazing stay! I have stayed at Endless Summer twice and will absolutely return!

Transportation to the parks was the only good thing about my stay. Shower was dirty, sink was dirty. Found a hair ball in the towels (vomit) Strange noise behind the bed all night sounded like a cricket or something. I always stay at Dockside and made the switch this one time- do not recommend. The ambiance/set up/cleanliness at dockside is 100x better.
