We stayed at the hotel three nights and it was very enjoyable. The place is super clean and has absolutely everything we needed.
The transportation to the parks is very orginized and no long wait time . Coffee, grab to go meals are also available .
My only compliant is about Expedia and how they handeled this booking. The hotel was booked few months prior to the trip, I got my confirmation email with all info. We got on the road , I used the address provided by Expedia, and it took me to the wrong hotel. We did wait 55 minutes to get checked in, they told us NO, you are at the wrong place. They refused to Expedia know, claiming no affiliation with the booking platform,but the hotel confirmed they gave me the wrong address.
I called EXPEDIA member services, a person with heavy accent told me "you should have used google maps, not out email confirmation "
If it wasnt sad, it would be funny...we missed dinner time, everything was closed. Might not be big deal to Expedia, but wasting 55 minutes after long ride its tough.
You shouldn't run bussiness like this. You should be ashamed of your customer service.
