Great Location
If you’re going to Disney, this is a great location. This house is humble, could benefit from some updated linens and bedding for sleeping comfort. Read the fine print, you do have to pay additional money to heat the pool. On arrival we discovered we couldn’t adjust the thermostat from 72 degrees or there was a hefty penalty. There was a roach problem, and one got into one of our guests clothing that was hanging in the dining room. We had an issue with 2 of the 3 shower drains not draining but they sent maintenance and fixed this right away. The management team was quick to respond to our concerns and very responsive. This house has great potential

We have stayed in this house 3 times now. We don't even bother looking at other properties when we're in the area. This house has it all. Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to popular attractions, perfect amenities, and responsive owner.

Best VRBO in Disney area.
We loved the home ! The grandkids loved the themed bedrooms. The master bedrooms were very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool because of the cool temperatures in the air (55°) but also we didn’t have time!! The pack and play and high chair was very nice to have. We missed seeing a casserole dish and kitchen towels.

Family getaway
We had a lovely family vacation at this property. Host was responsive to the issue we had (mother nature caused). We loved being able to enjoy the pool and hot tub after long days at Disney. Beds were all comfy, plenty of towels. Kitchen was well appointed, knives could use sharpened or replaced as they were quite dull.

Slight issue on arrival with code number for entry, however rectified extremely quickly by owner. Lovely property, in a well placed, easy to find location with every local amenities within a short drive. It’s well equipped and maintained inside with everything you could ask for in terms of kitchen appliances. Pool area very private surrounded by high fence with a relatively large pool with jacuzzi. Only issue was pool area could have been a little cleaner and small tears in lanai, but didn’t bother us enough that we felt we had to contact the owner. Would think that was more of a management company issue. Would definitely book this property again.

Second stay just as good as the first
It has been a couple of years since my family and I first stayed at this property and I'm happy to report that the house is just as nice as our previous visit. The shopping area near the house has grown nicely with several more dining options now within a short drive. Excellent stay all the way around and we are looking into staying here again later this year.

Great house for family vacation
We had a great stay at this property. It was in a great location for us to get to Disney and Universal parks. The booking and check in process was easy. The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. It was great having the pool and hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. Only complaint is the 2 rooms with the twin beds were quite warm. Vents were open but it did not seem like there was good AC flow to those rooms. We did not bring it to management’s attention though so maybe there was something they could have done, plus it was high 90’s when we were there. Overall we were happy with the rental.

Amazing house and location
This house was beautiful! It had everything you could need and was so nicely decorated. The management was responsive. It was a perfect location for the parks. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 was because one night the sprinklers came on at 2am and water blasted against the window of the main bedroom - every 2 minutes for half an hour. It just woke me up and I couldn’t go back to sleep. I told the manager who was responsive and kind about it and said it would be fixed. However the next night at 11:15pm the same thing happened. It kept me up (husband was fine). I missed full night sleep twice which was unfortunate. I hope they fix it for the next renters. This should not stop you from renting this house. It was brilliant otherwise. Just if you get freaked out easily and it’s hard to go back to sleep maybe ask about the sprinklers.
