I liked that the staff were all very friendly and my son (7yo) enjoyed the amenities (pool, playground and game room). Parking was also convenient and I liked our two bedroom suite. These were important however I would never stay here again. The internet was down more than it was up, costing me hundreds of dollars in roaming charges. The service dropped sooooooo much. The “restaurants” on site were hardly ever open. I was there for 2 weeks in August and not once was the evening restaurant open. I finally questioned it and was told “scheduling issues”. This forced me to leave the premises everyday or order Uber eats on those days where I absolutely needed to stay in and rest. My biggest pet peeve was that despite staying there for two weeks I was declined housekeeping services (which was the ONLY reason I chose this resort). Before booking I confirmed that someone would be able to come and tidy up our suite upon request. At check in I was told that only after six days I can request this service, okay fine. On day six when I requested the service I was told that it’s not offered. Had I known this I would have just rented a house.
Will not be staying here ever again.
