This beautiful 5 bedroom 5.5 bath, is a brand new home that was completed at the end of 2017. Open the doors into this beautifully decorated villa. Your living room has ample seating surrounding the large 70" smart LED TV. The open floor plan opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and black granite counter-tops. A large dining table has seating for 8, and the breakfast bar can comfortably seat 4. A king-size master suite is also located on the first floor complete with an en-suite bath, and private patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The laundry room is also located downstairs, so you won't have to worry about running out of clothes during your vacation. The garage has been converted into a game room for fun family entertainment with a pool table, PS4 gaming console, and air hockey.

The upstairs den is great for kicking back with the family and watching a movie in the cinema-themed room. A large plush section sofa allows for the whole family to gather and catch a flick on the 70" LED TV. On the second floor is where you will find the rest of the sleeping arrangements. The second master bedroom with en-suite; with a soaking tub, and walk-in shower, as well as another king-sized bedroom, is also located on the second floor. Taking you to a galaxy far away is the kids` bedroom with two full-sized beds, or keep the magic alive in this iconic kids` room with two twin beds. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
