It was hard to get access to someone at the front desk (possibly because it was off-season?) but once you do they're helpful. As one night accommodation to enable a family with two young children to visit Shepparton, it was perfectly adequate.

Nice cabins, swimming pool and jumping pillow. Small playground. ‘Recreation room’ just had a table tennis and some couches with rubbish. Beds in cabins were awfully uncomfortable! Need new mattresses asap! Family of 5 but only 4 plates, bowls etc. Only 1 tiny shampoo and 1 tiny conditioner and a soap for 5 people fir 2 nights. Towels supplied but no face cloths. Not enough kitchenware for cooking. Staff were friendly but only contactable by mobile phone and office always unattended. Says free wifi but it’s not even available at all.

From the time I booked they were in contact until we arrived. Very impressed. Cabins are not modern but had everything we needed. They were clean and very well situated for our stay. Will be stayng again in the future.

The cabin we stayed in was run down and not very clean, for eg, lots of dust on window sills, drawers with crumbs in them, table not wiped properly, old beer bottle lids out the front (not swept up). The TV was as small as a lap-top screen. The remote control for the TV didn't work, probably was the batteries. Fly screens ripped and coming off. The freezer was un-usable, couldn't even open it as it was so filled with frost. Beds not comfortable. And things kept biting us (little insects). We thought we had booked something with a couch (that's what the photo's showed) but there was no couch.

Great property the kids lived it so did we! My only con would be to do abit if dusting the in the cabins, clean the curtains and new pillows and the place would be a 10/10!

Nice units well laid out - quiet and private. Queen size beds in cabins would make for more comfortable night. Layout is excellent, but presentation below par on this occasion - cleaning standard and window dressings require work.
