This hotel is right at the airport. It’s very clean and comfortable but the decor is a little dated. We went to the traditional restaurant in the evening. The service was excellent and the food was good but it was one of our most expensive meals during our trip.

Cleanliness: The property was nice and clean. Property: The hotel was convenient, located right at the airport. What was surprising was that it was located at the airport but insulated enough that we did not hear any planes landing or taking off. Food: Since the hotel is at the airport, there are a variety of restaurants that are open before you get to the other side. They also have a 24 hour convenient store for last minute things. Staff: Everyone was so helpful and nice. They also spoke English very well.

The facility was very conveniently located, after a long flight from Seattle. My wife and I arrived in Kansai Airport at around 9pm, so it was excellent to get a good rest. The hotel was clean and well equipped for our one night stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay in the hotel again. Thank you.

Very convenient to disembark plane and walk straight to this very large and lovely hotel. The breakfast buffet was astonishingly vast and delicious. Room had a gorgeous view and was spacious by Asian standards. Staff was friendly and helpful, anticipated our needs. Will definitely stay again.
