This hotel is a great value. But if you take a train there, book a ticket with the stop before the airport. Where the hotel is. We missed the last shuttle and took a $40 cab ride back to the hotel. Grabbed there shuttle early am . Not too much around but two restaurants and two grocery stores

This is purely a business style hotel in Japan. No-frills don’t come with expectations. It’s just a place close to the airport so you can fly out the next morning however, if you’re flying in, I need a place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend I’d go into Osaka. The restaurants and shopping near the restaurant are Very good.

Check in process is unnecessarily complicated (had to use kiosk but then go to counter with staff to check passport and then back to kiosk). The hallways to the rooms are carpeted, making rolling your suitcase very difficult.

I like this property because it’s close to the airport and outlet is near by. Very quiet, not too many people around the area. Rinku Outlet is amazing ! Great pricing and selection. What I didn’t like was supervisor/manager couldn’t move me to another room (dirty) didn’t meet my expectations.

Our room was spacious with great view, staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The check in and check out machine could have been better and easy to use if it has English translation. All in all, excellent stay and will come back again.
