Hotel staff were very helpful. No fridge in most rooms which was a surprise. Also, no microwave. These are common amenities for US/Canadian hotels. Bathroom was below par. Water didn’t clear properly in the bathtub. But hotel staff were nice enough that we could ignore these issues.

This is a great place to stay with amazing view of the river Thames and Tower bridge. Nearby tube and water taxis. The hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful, the food is also good. Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and complementary bottles of water. However, the bathrooms are dated and need renovating. Also, for such a big hotel there are only two working lifts ( this hasn’t changed since my visit in Oct 2024 ) causing long waits. All I all I would highly recommend the Tower hotel as a great place to stay when visiting London.

When we first arrived. No one greet us. We stood there for awhile. Two were on the phone. Two were talking. I finally waved to get attention. One on the phone said to go to the next person. I walked up to the two were talking. Than he said how can he help? They knew we were checking in bc of our luggage’s. The alleviator were slow. One was unavailable. In our room the view if you look straight out it’s BEAUTIFUL just like in the picture we picked the room from Expedia. Breath taken. We could see the London Bridge. That’s it about the room. Everything else is old. The carpet is done. The cabinets handles some were missing. The fridge is not in use. The window handle broke off. The room was hot. The sink water was clogged. Hotel provided a portable box adapter for my curling iron. There were some nice staff, but not all of them. The breakfast included was excellent choices of food. Plentiful. They also have omelette station if you want an omelette.

This is a great location ….. between the attractions and the ability to walks along the Thames and number of nearby restaurants etc I couldn’t ask for more. Staff was extremely helpful especially the concierge who really helped us plan out an entire day of activities. Breakfast was excellent particularly for the minimal cost. The only issue I had was more me then the hotel. The lift was always packed and the wait time was too long. If they had a stairwell inside and readily available I would have walked since I was only on the 1st floor ie 2nd floor in the US…. I still give it 5 stars my impatience is not their fault !

This property was perfectly situated. It was close to the train stations which made it easier to get around. The hotel air conditioning wasn’t working properly. We had to switch rooms three times.

We have just came home from our stay and we have really enjoyed it! We had a suite and the view was absolutely fantastic! We could not stop looking outside at the bridge and the surrounding buildings. The staff were fantastic and helpful. We are already planning to come back again! Thank you
