I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating, because the rooms are literally unlivable. It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed.
Phone in the room doesn’t work and I had to go all the way down to the reception, wait in the check-in queue (its crowdy all the time due to the location of the hotel) and the tell the how bad their housekeeping is.
Everyday, everytime housekeeping is missing something. Some days they forgot to provide toilet roles, some days no floor tower, some days they forget to refill the bath shower gel and hand soap. And for everything, you have to go all the way down to the receptionist to complain because the phone doesn't work. And yes you can't even dial the emergency hotlone from the phone because it doesn't work.
So be careful when you stay in this hotel, because if in case if you need emergency medical assistance, you can't call the hotline.
From the very firest day I checked in, I i formed Expedia that I can't live in this garbage and asked them to escalate and refund my monry so that I can move to a different hotel, but still Expedia didn't get back to me either. So don't expect help from abyone if you stay in this hotel.
If you prefer the view, walk tot he hotel entrance, its a public place, take photos of the bridge, and then stay in a different hotel.
