My stay was ok. It would have been better if the front desk cared at all about helping me with the malfunctioning TV. I called the front desk 3 times to get help with the television and no one helped me.

I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating, because the rooms are literally unlivable. It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed. Phone in the room doesn’t work and I had to go all the way down to the reception, wait in the check-in queue (its crowdy all the time due to the location of the hotel) and the tell the how bad their housekeeping is. Everyday, everytime housekeeping is missing something. Some days they forgot to provide toilet roles, some days no floor tower, some days they forget to refill the bath shower gel and hand soap. And for everything, you have to go all the way down to the receptionist to complain because the phone doesn't work. And yes you can't even dial the emergency hotlone from the phone because it doesn't work. So be careful when you stay in this hotel, because if in case if you need emergency medical assistance, you can't call the hotline. From the very firest day I checked in, I i formed Expedia that I can't live in this garbage and asked them to escalate and refund my monry so that I can move to a different hotel, but still Expedia didn't get back to me either. So don't expect help from abyone if you stay in this hotel. If you prefer the view, walk tot he hotel entrance, its a public place, take photos of the bridge, and then stay in a different hotel.

If London...that only in the Tower Hotel
Very friendly and nice service hosted by professional and very kind staff. We spend a 4 nights during Christmas and it was all amazing and very comfortable. Thank you so much.

House keeping staff were good but when we booked in we were places in a very small room with no tea and coffee etc we were staying 4 nights and booked in July so we were disappointed that we would have to pay £65 extra a night just to get what we booked for Toilet blocked a few times And staff looked tired and fed up I get it they don’t want to be there but we’ve done 30 Christmas working in the nhs

This hotel has a beautiful view of the tower bridge. We enjoyed the day and night views of the bridge. It is very close to the train station and adjacent to the tower castle. They have super dining options. I would stay here when I visit London again. Highly recommend to my friends.

Very nice hotel. The staff was great, the room was clean, the hotel is close to the Tube and the view of the bridge was beautiful. Did not love the restaurant because the food was limited to burgers and fries plus a few other things. Breakfast was decent.

Horrible rooms very dirty! No shampoo conditioner empty bottles Reception never answer. If you are thinking to go here for a staycation with your kids and partner definitely would not recommend!
