Hotel was nice, people were friendly. Their breakfast was amazing. And it was very close to train station to get to central London. Would stay there again
Short stay at this property but had a good experience. Room was clean and tidy and location was quiet and a good selection of shops a short walk down the road

The breakfast that is mentioned in the booking will not be honoured at the hotel, where they will try and charge you an additional £21 each.

We felt the staff on reception weren’t particularly engaging. The bar and staff were good. Room a little tired but otherwise good. Way too hot but they said that was being sorted. Brilliant location for the station snd all the sights. Would stay again
Had to move room 3 times, staff were lovely but I cannot recommend this hotel. The beds were so uncomfortable and no air conditioning so felt like a sauna.

I was so disappointed with my bathroom. It looked tired and old fashioned and wasn’t very clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in. The pillows were like rocks! I asked the concierge to find me another bed but he said there were no mattress toppers or different pillows. A 4 star hotel … I think not. Nearly £200 per night. Then £21 extra for a fried egg for breakfast !!!
The bathroom in room 325 was in appalling condition. It looked like it was last updated decades ago. Sink was blocked, and when unplugged it was leaking on the floor. Floor tiles had cracks and grout was missing. Fittings were rusty and the drains were in very poor condition. Overall, very unappealing and dirty/broken looking. It made me feel uncomfortable taking a shower or brushing my teeth, I opted using the office bathroom instead.
When I spoke with Receptionist about it, I was told they will report to Management, but that was of little use.
Would not stay here again and would not recommend; Travelodge next door is a much better option.
Looking down at its heels. Poor cleanliness. Old toilet roll left. No attention to detail - no spoons. No spring water. Broken air conditioner. Noisy side of hotel and near lifts when asked not to be close to lofts or back of building! Poor reception and slow. Always the same for every stay.
Room 147 has no suitable cooling system which was addressed with Management after a terrible night of being overheated. The room has no external window, only one that opens over the reception/bar area so you are kept awake late due to bar noise.
Room heating was attended to by maintenance but remained far too hot through the night with no ventilation. A fan was provided after asking but did little to help.
