Well appointed studios, good value and service.
Good size studio with self-catering equipment, located in a safe and quiet area near King's Cross/St Pancras travel links. Has secluded garden for guests (not a play-space).

Location was very convenient and the room was comfortable. Even though the bed had seen better days it was comfortable and the linens were comfortable as well. Two things that need improvement: the first and most important is the staff. Maybe because they were mostly students and they weren't necessarily rude but they weren't necessarily pleasant either. The other improvement would be the washer and dryer. Dryers should not take an hour and a half to dry some shirts. Most likely the problem is bad ventilation.

It was ok ..
My stay was ok. Place was clean enough and in a good location. Checkin was easy enough with pleasant staff. I was given a room downstairs which had a small patio area outside … guests on either side of me were smokers and despite doors/windows closed I could still smell the smoke in the room whenever one of them lit up… the bed was a double but it really wasn’t, more like a 3/4 bed … I couldn’t see how a couple could sleep in it comfortably tbh

Disappointing Stay in a Tired Room
I was disappointed with my stay. The room was tired and in need of refurbishment, with the flooring coming up in places. While the bed was reasonably comfortable, it felt more like a camp bed than something you'd expect in a hotel. The cabinets were in poor condition, with doors hanging loose, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dust and dirt had accumulated in the corners, which made it clear that the cleaning was not thorough. Sadly, this experience didn’t meet my expectations.

Good location, amazing staff, and TINY rooms. The shower was so small I couldn't shut the door, getting water all over the restroom. Besides the size, this hotel was pretty darn good. Easy to get to and from all over London, with a quick 10 minute walk to the underground and major train stations. Great for a couple of nights.

Location is fabulous at this property. It’s close to two tube stations, a train station, and the British Library. The price was fair; our only issues were that the building and facilities are not well maintained at least in the past. But each thing that we pointed out to them— Toilet running noise, washing machine, not functioning, needing additional blankets— They said they were interested in fixing. They have the staff to make the repairs, and said they just need someone to help them find out what it is they need to repair. The building could use Attention to insulation. The door to the balcony near our flat, had visible space between the wood and the frame, allowing cold winter air to come in constantly. The staff was excellent and helpful, and someone is at the desk 24/7. If you stay here, try the brand new restaurant, Fig and Walnut about a block away. It was excellent as was the local pub.

Great place very centralized to the train stations it’s a little small but if you are traveling by yourself or with someone else it’s great. Perfect for if you don’t plan on staying in the room great price. This place doesn’t haven’t an elevator so if you have trouble with stairs then try and get a downstairs room.
