Property is a very nice place to stay, very clean and is in a good neighborhood for waking to the underground, which was about a 5 minute walk. The included daily breakfast was also a great plus! That would give it a 5 out of 5 stars for us, but i have to take away a star because of the banging house keeping door every morning. That was a major downside for us, because we were in room 444, which was right next to the house keeping office. So, first thing every morning we heard the door to the office opening and closing (loud banging sound) . It was really annoying and very loud. It did just happen once or twice. I actually counted the banging 8 times in 5 minutes and it continued all morning. It was waking us up every day. Maybe the hotel could install a rubber bumper that could absorb the banging when the door is closed and advise their housekeeping staff to be more considerate when pulling the door shut.

Excellent family stay.
The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and seemed like it had all been recently furnished. The bathroom in particular was lovely. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and staff were constantly replenishing. The hotel was well situated.

Stayed 4 Nights. 1st night there was no A/C in our room and it was HOT, did not sleep well at all. Desk admin came up to the room and turned the fan to low and said it was fixed. No more noise but no A/C and said there were no rooms to move us into. Next morning we were able to speak with a front desk clerk who changed our room and we were able to sleep in A/C the last three nights. Breakfast is a zoo, food is good. Best quite rooms would be Odd numbered room closer to King St. The restaurant / bar next door has very good food and cheap beer (best prices around). After the first night overall good stay.

Great hotel with excellent staff and easy access to the tube. Jaiden was especially helpful during our stay and moved us to a room more accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was well staffed and great for our family to get us going.

Overall a great place to stay, especially if you want to be within walking distance for shopping, eating, and even the train service. Parking fee is $25GBP a day, which is kind of expensive but for the convenience of having your car right there and under surveillance, that's ok I guess. I recommend staying here 👌

Overall this is a place I would stay again. Was it the best place? No. But it was more affordable than others. Upon check in, our sink was not draining. How does that pass by the people cleaning the room? The shower leaked on to the floor a small amount, but not too bad. Most irritating was the quality of the breakfast. Breakfast was the primary reason I stayed here. The food wasn't bad, it just could have been so much better. Anyone who cooks and/orders a hashbrown (which were advertised throughout the hotel) knows that fresh is paramount. Not a single day saw fresh hash browns. It was almost like they were ore fried and then reheated in a microwave and then set out in the heating trays. They were terrible. There was good variety beyond that, however, it was something we'll advertised and I would have expected higher quality.

No sleep in Hammersmith
I stayed here only for the location as very close to where I was working the next day. My room (269) backed onto the railway tracks so I got no rest whatsoever as it was so noisy. Breakfast looked ok but I'm not a breakfast person. There is a pub under the length of the hotel accommodation and other guests were complaining about the noise from this. I wouldn't stay here again as just too noisy for me but others might not be bothered by it if you are used to it.

We asked for a room at the back of the hotel which is quieter. It was a lovely room with superking size bed. Very clean. Breakfast was very good as always. Staff are lovely and very helpful.
