Staff especially from restaurant in hotel is extremely helpful and nice. Hotel is situated in a great location and walkable to the major tourist attractions. The only two down sides are smell in one room then I was switched to another room whose bathroom was leaking (cleaning was okay but not the greatest) and hotel far from dinning places.

Staff was excellent, super friendly and happy to help. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options. Convenient access to subway station. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We did hop on/off bus and the stop was within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel was clean, a little wear and tear on chairs/tables in room. The only con is the pool. It is small for the size of hotel so we had to make reservations nightly for kids to swim. It was difficult to plan around, but the hotel staff were helpful in trying to get us in. Highly recommend staying at this property.

The property was well kept. My room and view were wonderful. The staff was very attentive. The meals were delectable. One caveat; I ordered the beef short rib with potatoes and vegetable. The beef was very fatty with hardly any meat. I had to order a second meal to make up for this. Otherwise had a wonderful time.
