The outside of this hotel is really pretty, the reception and lobby area feels really relaxed and modern. The lobby area was quiet and felt like it would be a good place to work if you were visiting for a business trip. The room itself was clean and the kitchenette in the room is really handy when travelling with kids. There was coffee/tea making facilities along with a microwave, a sink and plates/cutlery. Considering the proximity to concert square, both evenings we stayed it was really quiet in the room (that being said, we stayed midweek so it might be noisier at weekends) The area was ideal, it was 5 mins walk from Liverpool central station and Liverpool one and in an area surrounded by lots of options for dinner / drinks. The best part about this hotel has to be the staff, every single member of staff from housekeeping to reception that we encountered could not do enough for you. Everyone went over and above to make you feel comfortable and show genuine interest in you. This in itself would make me stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel, clean and smart room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Sound proof room so no noise from neighbours or the outside street! Amazing location in the city with bars, restaurants and shops close by. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool next.

The staff was the best! Room was updated and clean. The hotel is close to everything. Second night there i was foolish enough to lose my phone. It was raining when I reached the hotel and dropped my phone prior to walking in. I reached out to the front desk. They called my phone. The fellow who answered had been waiting for a call. I got a taxi and retrieved my phone. Amazing! Says a lot about Liverpool. What a great City! Not sure if I’ll ever make it back but I sure would like to. Thanks to all the kind folks!

The quality of this hotel is wonderful. The only problem was the room was very small, even by British standards. The staff was very warm and knowledgeable. They even have Molton Brown bath products. There are a lot of bars and quite a few homeless in the area but the hotel itself is very nice.

The service was absolutely excellent and the staff was lovely. It's a short walk away from Matthew Street if you're there for anything Beatles-related and a short walk from the train station as well!
