Amazing.
Amazing hotel, felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in. The room was amazing, very spacious. One of the spa staff (didn’t catch her name), made myself and my boyfriend feel so welcome.

We’ve been to this hotel 3 times now & we’re not disappointed. Only criticism was a guest came into the room next door in the early hours & put the tv on & was talking quite loudly on the phone for at least half an hour ! Can’t blame that on the hotel though.

The room was big and comfortable, but the heater was making noise during the night, which was sometimes annoying. In the hallway, there is no light and it’s too dark which made us uncomfortable and depressed. The distance to the city is about 20 to 30 minutes, but the walking path was not interesting as we passing warehouses and garages. We didn’t use the swimming facilities, but we visited the area and it was too hot and damp. The breakfast was too expensive for what they provide and it’s nothing special comparing to other hotels. Usually high-quality hotels with this price provide olives, cucumber, tomato at minimum. Parking is in-site and very convenient and accessible.

Love this hotel, the Rooms are the biggest in Liverpool, the beds are comfortable but I always take my own pillows when travelling. At the base of the toilet there was some staining but, other than that, the room was clean. The restaurant food was nice but I’ve had better steaks. The staff in the bar/lounge area are not very attentive and each time I have used that area I have needed to go to the bar to place orders for food and drink despite there being ample staff and very few customers. Also, there was a no room service breakfast menu.

Best in the City
Love this hotel. It’s our favourite in Liverpool. Fantastically located for Anfield as it’s half way between the city and the stadium. You can get an uber into the city easily for under a tenner.
