Big room
Very big room but was massively oversized for 2 of us felt like we were rattling around. Some people may prefer the size but i prefer a more cosy comfortable room. Very clean and staff were amazing

Have to say we were really disappointed & possibly slightly unlucky. Walked into the room which was freezing due to the window not shutting properly. Duty manager came to inspect but couldn’t fix & blamed the fact it was a listed building as to why the windows didn’t lock in place. Unfortunately there weren’t any other rooms we could move to but my husband managed to wedge a towel in the gaps which helped reduce the noise & cold although the windows did blow open during the night due to the wind & it took several attempts to get the towels to stay. Upon closer inspection in the morning we realised there was a small latch at the top which secured the windows. This clearly should have been fixed in place before we arrived or you’d have expected been known by the staff. There was no way we’d have seen this at night in the dark especially when we were struggling to close the windows with the gale force winds. The other issue was there was no bath despite paying for a superior room and it being shown on the room pictures - apparently you need to call ahead to guarantee this, and the gripper was exposed from the hall into the bathroom. Our room unfortunately backed onto next doors bathroom which you could hear everything through the thin walls. We did get a complimentary breakfast in the morning and the lady we spoke to when we left was lovely but it wasn’t the stay we were hoping for or live up to our expectations. Guests need to be aware is a 20 min walk from the city centre.

A fabulous stay.
We attended a Christmas Party night in the hotel, and enjoyed a one night stay. This hotel knows how to host an event! All the staff are professional and incredibly hard working. The food was delicious and the serving was organised and orchestrated very well. Our room was immaculate and luxurious. We have stayed in the hotel before and this second visit did not disappoint. Well done to all the team at the Titanic.

The hotel itself is stunning. There were snall issues at the start as the bar did not have the drinks i prefered (guiness was not working amd fruli beer was out of stock). The room was nice but snall things again such as stains in the bath, cracked shower pan, toilet brush was broken.
