We were allocated the wrong room put in a standard double instead of a superior twin, after first night we had to move and the room we went into was fine but found the whole fuss of moving an absolute pain

Love this hotel was my favorite out of my whole stay this week and stayed in 3 other locations. The concierge was helpful and allowed me to utilize the properties adaptor to charge my phone overnight. Super grateful for the courteous and helpful staff !

Well situated on Holland Park road for Visiting Holland Park, Westfield shopping centre & the Shepherds Bush area. Double room was excellent and the room is cleaned well. Breakfast is worth the money and the reception staff are very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed 2 nights, our room wasn’t ready when we got there but we enjoyed a free drink in the bar and complementary ice cream in the foyer while we waited. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. The hotel is a short walk to the Tube at Shepherd's Bush so we didn’t have any issues going where we needed. Would stay again.

A lot of things in the room needed updating. The area where the hotel is located does not look safe to walk in. The restaurant inside the hotel has good service and our dinner turned out well.

Hotel was clean and straightforward. In a great location close to the central tube line. But the room we were in was pretty run down and very small for 2 people and the price we paid. Would only stay here 1-2 nights if you don’t plan on being in your room much.
