Just uncomfortable
Worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel ever. Bed may as well of been a sofa bed. It creaked like mad, was rock hard and just generally uncomfortable. The walls (at least in my section of the hotel) must of been paper thin as you could hear everything going on next door. I was woken up by a neighbouring rooms vibrating alarm at 5:20 which continued until 5:40. Won’t be staying again.

I have been in London several times; this hotel was a nice surprise on every aspect. Super close to everything, consierge, restaurant, good size room. I’m definitely will stay here when I go back in 2025.

very good location right beside Dominion Theatre & TCR tube & Elizabeth line stations plus buses to jus about everywhere. stairs on entry to hotel a pain but disabled “lift” made arrival with luggage accessible. quick efficient friendly check in, quick lift and renovated single room perfect with even fridge, safe, A/C TV too complicated (I never did get it to work!) woul stay again & recommend

GOOD AIR CONDITIONING
Finally a place that had good air conditioning! Me and my finance were on our final leg of a 2 week trip in Europe and all of our hotels had inadequate AC. As an American, this was a big plus. The room itself was on the smaller size, but that seems to be the trend in London. Perfect for just needing a place to put your head at night. The area around the hotel is perfect for sight seeing and shopping. Plenty of food options around the hotel as well.
