Very comfortable overnight close to Heathrow for next morning flight. Quiet, large room for a good price.
This hotel room was clean and spacious for me and my family. The receptionist who checked us in could have been more informative rather than wondering why we were so cold. We had arrived from Dubai at night and were transiting onto Barbados, hence not used to the cold weather when we arrived. There was no mention of the hotel facilities, eg breakfast which we would have paid for but then chose to get breakfast at the airport before our flight instead.

Busy place!! Very nice rooms clean and comfortable.
Recommend this hotel for travellers.
Large bathroom!!
The line at the check-in was so long that I decided to do the automated system. When I first got there, there was a staff person assisting people, but she left. When I needed assistance, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to come back.
When we got to the room, we discovered one of the bottles of water 3/4 empty and a dirty drinking glass on the counter. There was trash in the waste basket. The television wouldn’t work. I pressed 0 four times with no answer and I pressed guest services four times with no answer. The heating/cooling system was either very hot or very cold. Could not find a happy medium. We ordered a pizza in the bar area and it was delivered cold. I don’t remember reading that I had to pay to park on their website, perhaps I missed that. I remember reading that they offer parking which is one of the reasons I chose them. On the plus side, the location was terrific.
It was a quick stopover for an early flight. They have an easy ‘shuttle or car’ order option in the lobby that I wish we had known beforehand as we paid a return hotel hoppa shuttle but it was a little delayed

At check in didnt ask for any identification i e passport. Security reasons! The t v not working the whole time. We stayed 3 nights. Fire alarm went off at 645am 2nd morning, no instructions or staff to help etc! The pool wasn't open the 2nd day we were there, when we wanted to use it. One of the reasons we chose this hotel in the 1st place. (The pool). the last morning there was no hot water for a shower etc.
We were there for two nights before leaving for the states . We arrived on Friday evening around 8:30. Check in was ridiculously long took almost 25 min . They couldn’t find our booking in the beginning. We were told about the restaurant and bar. We had no tv service and when my husband called the desk they told him to cast it from our phones which never worked through our full 2 night stay . Luke warm water on Friday night and cold water the next AM this time he went down to the front desk and was told yeah it’s a problem nothing to do about it and blew him off . After checking out we went outside to wait on the pre booked hotel shuttle for the airport . Waited 15 min and went inside to asked where pick up was told out there a mini van . Ride was 21 min late and almost missed our flight window. The only upside to the stay was that we talked to housekeeping twice and both times the girls were very nice .
Very clean. Very Busy. No a/c or ventilation control. Not able to charge to the room from the inhouse bar/restaurant...very odd arrangement. Staff was very friendly. Food was good.
