Great hotel to stay at if flying in or out of Heathrow. Bedroom had a great view of the runway that entertained our 11 year old son for hours, yet a very quiet room with no noise from the planes. Particularly liked the Executive Lounge access that for a small fee provides free soft drinks and hot beverages throughout the day plus alcoholic beverages and hot/cold snacks from 6.30 pm until 8.00 pm. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Busy airport hotel
This is a busy airport hotel. It caters for groups, so it's quite noisy in the public areas. Check-in was rather slow. There were empty tables in the restaurant but we were told that we would have to wait 30 minutes before being seated. When we pointed out the empty tables, we were given one; but the atmosphere in the restaurant was very canteen-like, so we moved to the bar, which was a bit cosier, and the food was more to our liking. The restaurant was very crowded at breakfast, but the staff worked very hard to keep the buffet stocked and to clear tables. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We were disappointed that the hotel doesn't run a free airport shuttle.
