Excellent hotel

Excellent location, lovely room and bathroom. Didn’t have breakfast but used the coffee shop instead which was very nice. Plenty of staff on reception who were very efficient. Excellent hotel, will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. The staff was outstanding, and the concierge team—Tony and Michael—were especially amazing: incredibly helpful and full of great information! The front desk staff was equally fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, and the servers were kind and accommodating. One suggestion would be to introduce a little more variety at breakfast, as we stayed for 11 days and the offerings were mostly the same each morning. That said, everything was consistently well-prepared and tasty. The gym facilities were excellent, and we really enjoyed the sauna and pool as well. Park Plaza is also very kid-friendly, with a playroom and a mascot that greets the children each morning—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-12 minute walk from the London Eye, with Big Ben and other attractions nearby. We traveled a long way to the UK, and staying at Park Plaza made the journey absolutely worth it. We had a truly wonderful time and were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is right off of the Bakerloo stop and busses run constantly. Walkable to the eye, Big Ben, and Parliament. Hotel and rooms were clean, and having a restaurant inside, and around the property, was nice.

Loud! Easter weekend so lots of families with small children running around. Had a family across the hall in room 602 let there door slam at 25 times two mornings, not an exaggeration! Room above me, # 701 probably was very loud as well!
