I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Waterloo in London! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could need. Its location is perfect for exploring the city, with great transport links nearby. I particularly appreciated the comfort of the rooms and the overall peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful hotel, stayed here for work and leisure. Hotel merged my 2 reservations with minimal fuss, added a free breakfast as well. Staff were incredibly helpful especially Robert on the front desk. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Lambeth and Waterloo to allow you to access many different trains around London. Will definitely stay again

Great hotel but lacking free from breakfasts
It was a lovely hotel and I had a comfy night sleep. There was no plug sockets where the kettle was located. But I didn’t need a brew so it was ok. The gluten free and dairy free breakfast options was a bit on the poor side… The cake was nice, but I would have liked to have been offered an omelet or gluten-free porridge. I would have loved a yoghurt.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We traveled with kids and family. The service was good. One thing to note for families is that the pool is only available with reservation and kids are not allowed before 8am and after 8pm. I get the policy but it limits the possibility of kids getting into the pool. I booked it for this reason and we only got to use it once 😞.
