Perfect for visiting Stratford. Right next to the station and Westfield the location couldn’t be better. One of the few hotels that would accommodate 3 adults in a room. The room is basic but large, comfortable and perfect for our needs.
I had booked 3 night but only stayed on as my work Commitments changed. I spoke with reception and they agreed to move my other two nights to the following week so I could continue with my work that was cancelled. I am a self employed tiler. When I came to stay the following week the hotel said they never agreed to changing my booking and refused to let me stay therefore stealing my money for that two nights I didn’t stay which they had agreed to change.
Brilliant hotel, room was fantastic, staff really friendly, we had some dinner in the bar and it was lovely and very reasonably priced. Hotel is near station, near shopping centre and walkable to Abba Arena. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back for a stay.
Really great stay. It’s a shame the family room here doesn’t have the same wall dividers as the one in London Excel. Also was noisy but the complimentary ear plugs helps with that!
We had a great stay at the Moxy Stratford. Just a couple of minutes walk from Stratford Station and Stratford International Station it was the perfect location for an overnight stay for seeing Abba Voyage. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Our twin room was a good size with great facilities. Even though it is in Stratford Town, it was very quiet and we weren't bothered by any traffic noise. Would highly recommend!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Moxy in London/Stratford!! We were given excellent service and care by all of the staff, who go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. Excellent breakfast served daily. This review would have been all Excellent, except for the lack of a place to store your clothes; no closet or drawers. Was difficult to navigate a week’s worth of clothes living out of our suitcases. Otherwise, we will definitely stay here again!
Did not like that the iron was in a designated area for use outside of the room. Did not like that the room did not have a telephone to contact the front desk.
Excellent and convenient place to stay. If I have have anything negative, it’s minor, unfortunately they don’t have face cloths. Just pack one, will stay for sure again if I’m in the area!
