Excellent location, clean room with everything you’d need for a night or two. Definitely no frills, but perfectly adequate. We had a drink at the pub which is part of the hotel which was nice. A tiny bit on the noisy side but in central London location, so to be expected. We had a good trip. 😊

Excellent location, close to major attractions and the underground. Clean, comfortable rooms. Significant number of helpful staff on site to help at any hour. Street noise could be heard outside but expected based on location.

Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble gave us extra tea bags and the beds were so comfy had a great nights sleep and within easy reach of what we needed. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel and stay. It is a busy central location though rather than tranquil, so street noise and corridor noise were noticeable. More vegan options for cooked breakfast would be most welcome.

Basic room for the price, no airconditioning. Two towels given for a triple room. Coffee maker tripped after one use in the morning. Phone in room not working so had to go down to the busy reception desks to complain.

It was close enough to get the Eurostar but our room faced onto a busy street and it was quite noisy at times however alright for just a shot nights stay.

The staff were nice but that was the only good thing about this hotel. The carpet was peeling off the floor, there were holes in the hallway walls, the whole building was dirty, it was really inconvenient to get around the property, the room only had one outlet, the telephone was disgusting it once was white as you can tell from certain pieces of the phone but has since gone yellow and it didn’t even have a function to call the front desk you have to flip through the TV channels to find out the front desk number.

This hotel is huge! The staff made checking in a breeze. Very comfortable beds, and nice sized bath. The location is terrific , and it was so easy to see all the London sites. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!
