Was easy to get to places from this hotel.Close to Euston and Kings Cross St. Pancras. Very affordable. It has several restaurants around, which are open late and a 24hrs Deli. Really convenient. A nice pub, London pub, is right in its premises.

Overall property is in good condition, I like the location, will book again. However, the window of my room facing other room windows, thus I wish there was a better solution to the curtain. It is a peep shows especially when the lights are on and curtain open.

It was nice to have the option of 3 twin beds for our group of three. The room was overall not too bad, but the shower had a leak in it. The bathtub was very high off the ground (which was a little dangerous when getting in and out). It would be nice to have more control over the room temperature. We could open the window, but it only opens a crack. The night we stayed here it was pretty hot. We all ended up sleeping on top of our sheets. The tap water that was used to fill out water bottles in the hotel's cafe tasted a little funky, but that could just be a local thing to the area depending on which minerals are in the water. Overall not a bad hotel. It was pretty affordable for the area and was in decent proximity to points of interest. Also, this hotel is very close to the Russel Square tube station.

The rooms feel like dorm rooms and no ac in the summer. Was given a fan that couldn’t reach the window. Carpet didn’t feel or look clean. Would’ve been nice to have a fridge or some extra space for your thoughts. Staff not very accommodating or apologetic. Location is great. Would recommend to the under 25s who just want a place to crash. If that’s not you look elsewhere.

Its clean. Its tidy. The beds are super comfy. Location is fab for transport options (straight to Horseguards, Buck House, West End and British Museum is literally on your doorstep. Staff were very efficient snd super friendly (Jannai you were LOVELY). Its not the best/ most classy place in London, but for a cheap place to lay your head after a busy day, its just what the doctor ordered! We've used this hotel before, and will use it again! HINT. 24hr Tesco Express is just opposite the underground station. Stock up for water, room snacks and even breakfast there. 3min walk!

Property is in a great location , just steps from the Russell Square tube station on the Picadilly line and bus stops. We found that very convenient for our excursions. There is no airconditioning and we happen to be there during 30 degree celcius weather. Fans are provided in each room. The area is noisy with the ambulance and firetruck almost constant day and night.. Property clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast decent and you are seated by staff so don't have to go looking for a table. The London pub and Nonna Selena restaurant are excellent..

Really good service and standard of hotel was pretty good. Very good location - not cheap, but definitely not expensive on London standards. Would definitely stay again.
