Excellent hotel. The sauna and gym were great, as was the room cleanliness and proximity of the hotel to sights and restaurants etc The hotel roof top bar was great as well as the restaurant. They served one of the best Ceasar salads I've even had!

Very convenient to get from train station to hotel. Nice, big room with a seating area and bench for suitcases. Not great for working on a computer. There was a refrigerator, but it was sensor-controlled so you couldn't use it without getting charged for the minibar items. I liked the ice machine in the hallway, but it would have been good to have a reusable bucket in the room instead of the plastic plates (Radisson Blu in Stockholm has this). Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc are cute, but not very sustainable.

Didn’t get what I expect and paid . So, not fully satisfied. They charged big for Sea view superior room . But, they gave city view smaller category room . Afterwords long arguments and headaches they gave slightly side sea view room . So, they wasted almost precious half day of mine . Never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel They are cheater , all staff . Especially, check in front table staff .

Good connectivity as the central bus and train stations were just next to it. And hotel is walkable distance to the Munch museum. Room keeping service were excellent.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Oslo, it is right next to the train station where you can arrive from the airport, everything is walking distant, saw the whole of Oslo on foot, although a lot of steps there is the option or trams and buses. The hotel itself is high end, we had a fjord view on the 31st floor, the most stunning view, stunning roof top bar, breakfast has everything you could ask for, staff friendly, comfy rooms.
