February winter get away

We stayed for the month of February. 3 day of stay owners came by and called the cops because they didn't know it was rented out while we were out. Carpets are needing cleaning . The light over the dining room table was flickering and the switch makes a grinding noise in the wall.

The unit could use some updating. We couldn’t find any oven mitts, no blankets - covers were very thin, pillows were all inconsistent and very uncomfortable (the beds were comfortable tho). Washer and dryer took a long time. No additional guests were allowed for our hang out at the pool and we weren’t even allowed to park a few extra hours in the parking lot after checking out. Beach access and view from the unit was nice, elevators were fast, and restaurants were nearby which was convenient.

Disappointed in condo but great beach

The beach and pool were great, clean and not too busy. Pros: size of condo, view of beach/Gulf, a fun bar and grill across the street but otherwise not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Cons: light bulbs out, toaster didn’t work, garbage disposal didn’t work, saw one roach, condo needed deep cleaning / some updating.

GREAT STAY

Great spot to stay. Plenty of space for three couples, great location if you like to be low key and not on a crowded beach. Wish there was better pots and pans/kitchen things but other than that everything was great! Would stay here again for sure!

Fall vacation

We have been staying here every year since it opened and we still love it. The staff that is currently there is fantastic. We had to change rooms doing or 10 day stay and they did everything possible to make the transition seem less. I highly recommend this entire property.

Great View

VRBO made the rental process very easy! The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The location and distance to the beach was PERFECT! There were a few minor areas in the property that could use some updating, but overall it was a GREAT experience.
