This condo is perched in a perfect location to experience all that Panama City has to offer. Closest to the resort is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkin’ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and Grand IMAX Theater. Pier Park always has something going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of four. We were able to cook all our meals in the condo and overlook the beautiful ocean while eating our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. If we had room in our car we would have brought extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for the week long stay, but we did purchase extra at the grocery store. The beach was amazing. The water was crystal clear and the beach service was a definite added bonus. It would have been nice to have a front row reserved for the entire stay. It we were able to get second row which was still nice. Overall this was an awesome trip for our family. The unit was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the beach was fun. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Good Home Away from Home

New paint job of walls and doors…very nice and clean looking. Master Bathtub drain is stopped up so that water collects when you shower, a lot YUK. In other shower the drain lid is not secured, flips off when showering and it would be easy to step in open hole and turn ankle or slip. Lots of Dust bunnies on bedroom drapes along bottom and ceiling. The tile floors need a deep steam cleaning…dirty. Everything else looked cleaned. Please do not publish. This is just to let owners/property manager know what is going on.

Needs some TLC

The washer is moldy,very moldy, idk if that’s why it smells like mold in the condo. The room was cleaned but it isn’t clean. The base board and walls need a good cleaning, everything feels like it needs a little more than a daily clean. The hot tubs on the property do not work. The management was great. Checkin Was great. Easy process, very kind, they called to check and make sure we got all the information we needed for check in.

Email check in was easy, comfortable condo, it would have been nice to have another towel bar in the bathroom, the shower drain cover was loose in the hall bathroom, great location, easy access to shopping and restaurants, the staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

Good Time Away from Home

My son and I took a few days to go do some fishing. The unit was very nice. The toilets both had some operating issues - but when we called for service it was done quickly. The bedroom is very small and a bit awkward the way the door opens from the bathroom - but it wasn't that big of an issue since we weren't in the condo that much. The other facilities (workout room, etc.) were very nice. Overall - a pleasant stay.

Clean and attractive but uncomfortable.

We’ve stayed at Seychelles many times over the last 10 years. It’s a great facility and amazing beaches. This latest rental was very attractive and features nice chairs in the living room. The bed however was very uncomfortable and left me looking forward to going home.

Room was very clean and worked great for my family of 5. Walk over from parking garage is on 3rd floor and the room is on the 4th, so no long wait. The 3 elevators make for fast travel between floors. Only complaint is chairs on balcony need updated. Not very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. Will stay here again

Good but not great.

The location is great, 4th floor is very accessible and the view is perfect. A few things with the accommodations could be improved. The bed has a waterproof mattress cover which makes you hot and you stick to it. Another regular mattress pad over that one would fix that issue. The coffee maker had some issues. One of the outlet splitters was not working so you had to unplug the DVD player to use cable and vice versa. If the owners would do a few minor things the stay would be great; the lack of sleep from the plastic mattress cover has got to be addressed.
