Cons: there’s no hairdryer and no free bottles of water in the fridge. The water out of the faucets/shower is salty, and the hot water is intermittent. Sometimes the toilet doesn’t flush well. They will setup an extra mattress but you have to pay P50 if you also want a pillow to go with it. The people at the front desk aren’t very welcoming and just ignore you until they’ve finished chatting with each other. At checkout, they tried to double-bill me for my 11-year old as they said she counts as an extra person when I’ve already settled the bill via Expedia (in the end, this was sorted out when another staff confirmed that no additional payment is needed). Pros: it’s a beachfront resort and the price point is very good compared to neighboring resorts. Food at the resto is quite affordable though there’s not a lot of vegan/gluten-free options if you’re on a restricted diet. Tip: There’s a resto-grill at the neighboring resort called DBR grill which has other food options, and beside it is a sari-sari store where you can buy bottled water, beer, and chips at a lower price than if you buy it at the store in the resort.
