Mostly a great place.
My stay had a negative start when the front desk demanded a payment of utilities at check in. I had already pre-paid for my stay, so this was an unwelcome request. I have never had a hotel ask me to pay utilities. It seems like that should be included in the price of the room. Other than that negative experience, the hotel was beautiful and I had a great experience.

The staff was very slow, unprofessional and not very helpful. I booked three nights and then had to change my reservation, they took 30 minutes to tell me I could not get a refund and had to pay for a new booking. The washroom smelled awful and made me gag every time I went in. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had, I will never stay here again.
