I opted for the discounted breakfast which was offered to me at €8. Upon arrival I was told this along had changed. While only by a euro, it was unfortunate to have this dialogue with staff on the front desk. The property is very well located by run down and patched up, it’s affordable though, so I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast offering was average - save your money and grab something to eat from anywhere else nearby

Staff was very polite and helpful at the beginning the room wasn't ready and it was 5:00pm aleady it took 30 minutes to accommodate us. the room was smelling funny but as soon as we open the balcony door the smell disappear. Overall we had a good time

A smile filled room for a disappointing stay
A tiny room that matched the price I paid, but the room REEKED of cigarette smoke. The room, the sheets, and the towels. Everything I took in that room had to be washed when I got home. How the housekeeping team did not notice this, and the room wasn’t deep-cleaned before it was rented again, I’ll never know.

Good location - very convenient nearby the Gare du Nord train station. Average cleaning. Really really miniature bathroom. Carpet in the hall was extremely dirty. Noise insulation is not great - you can clearly hear when people are snoring in nearby rooms. Overall it was Ok for one night. Would probably not stay more than two nights at this property.

I stayed for one night in September because it is convenient for Gare du Nord. The room was small, noisy, little or no soundproofing but clean. Staff helpful. However, the colour scheme was terrible- sage green, olive green and dull green. The worst aspect is that it has obviously had a very bodged make over. Little things like poor repairs to tiling, loose carpet at door. thresholds etc. Look closely and this is very evident. The hallway carpet looks like a team of builders have passed through. Very off putting. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
