I spent three nights in the apartment room, which had a kitchenette. It was spacious enough for a family of four. My only concern was that cleaning services came at an additional cost. It would be wonderful if the hotel provided a vacuum cleaner in the room.

They gave us the wrong room we reserved and paid for. The room was small. We reserved and paid for a room that can accommodate 3 persons. They gave us 2 person only room capacity. Room is small. Toilet room was small. Room was hot and humid. Even we set ac to cold. Evening time no room attendant to give us shower gel. Not available during evening and night. You have to get your own towels.

I really loved how helpful the staff was. I inquired about the heating situation in my room because I felt cold despite the heater being in the highest setting. They brought us an additional heater straight away. The room itself is very very spacious! If you are looking for a place to stay in Paris THIS is IT!! it has everything you need and a little market down the street. The Eiffel Tower was within 20 min walk! Will absolutely be coming back <3

The location we stayed was closed to Eiffel Tower. Noted this hotel chain has 16 locations in Paris. I went to the wrong one initially. Family style with small kitchenette is really convenience to have breakfast before leaving for the day. The only down is that they do weekly cleaning only, or 25 euro per clean. Other than that. It is a great stay with good size room, bathroom compared to traditional European hotels.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Receptionist’s were very responsive and willing to help. Room was perfect, clean and the location was very centric next to trocadero. A beautiful Tower view is about a 4 minute walk and right next to the train.

The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Each room had it's door for privacy and it was spacious considering it is hard to find these types of rooms in Paris in a hotel. Overall, very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and walkable distance to Trocadero for amazing views of the Eiffel Tower.

Everything was good until our last day. My husband was stuck in the elevator, between floors. The alarm inside the elevator didn’t work and there was no phone inside to notify anyone that he was stuck inside. The receptionist called for help and it would take over 30 minutes for the tech. to get there. My husband figured how to open from the inside, the receptionist brought a chair and he helped him jump out of the elevator while I looked down to a bottomless pit since the elevator does have -4 floors. The receptionist was kind but we never received an apology to what had happened. As if nothing had occurred but I have pics. Elevator needs to be up to code. This wouldn’t have happened in the states.
