The hotel was amazing, such a great location (right next to the Arc d’triomphe and Champs Elysee) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room which was perfect for us, two separate rooms with separate bathrooms, which were very clean and had all the amenities you might need. We would definitely stay here again

This used to be such a friendly hotel with impeccable service from established reception team. Sadly they have been removed and replaced by staff who couldn’t really care but perhaps have a cooler image

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and catered to my needs. The negative is the rooms are not equipped to handle cell phone and computer chargers and they were short on adapters thus we had to waste valuable time tracking down a place to buy them which was very time consuming in a strange place. Unacceptable in this tech world.

Just book here and you will not be Disappointed
Just book here and you will not be Disappointed, having to change accommodation we booked 3 nights (2 rooms) stay for our family trip to Paris (May 2024) we arrived a little earlier than the check in time as we wanted to drop our bags off, 1 room was ready other was still being cleaned, due to using Hotels.com so much we was given a bottle of wine for our stay, which was given to us with a ice bucket for us to enjoy later after we got back from our first adventures around Paris, the staff are so welcoming and helpful, We had a room with street view and small balcony which had shutters on so we were not waken by any light coming into the room. I think I had my best nights sleep in the room, We didnt have breakfast in the hotel but it was offered for an additional charge, we wanted to get out seeing the sights, and with the local metro a few mins walk the location was perfect, as well as heading away from the sights we found some great local eateries. I would go to the effort to stay in other hotels within the Chain/Group for future travels across the globe

Location was ideal because it was close to the Metro or bus. I was able to get to all of the places easily by just around the corner to jump on the metro or bus. I picked this hotel because I had read other reviews about the staff being very helpful. I can confirm that the staff helped me book all of my transportation to the airports, provided high-level of service as staff was always happy and helpful. Room size was great as well. Bed was comfortable, hot water, great buffet, cute lobby, lift/elevator, and walk in shower option. Mini Fridge in room, Plenty of space for our clothes, laundry service available.
