First time staying at this Hotel. Very convenient location to train station. Staff were very nice, hotel is updated and modern, my room was spacious and very comfortable. I will stay here again.

Nice new hotel minutes from Gare De Lyon
This is a recently renovated hotel about 5 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon. Everything is very new and clean. We only stayed for one night, as we needed to catch a train in the next day. Our room was pretty small, but adequate for one night. Breakfast was good - wide variety of options, and cooked eggs were available for order. Front desk kept our bags for 2 hours after check out before we had to catch our train. We would definitely stay here again when in Paris. Highly recommend!

Séjour d’une nuit à l’aller de notre voyage et au retour également une nuit Deco soignée de la chambre, spacieuse, très bien insonorisée pas de bruit Personnel au top très disponible souriant agréable et compétent ! Petit déjeuner copieux varié et locavore Situation parfaite à 200 m de la Gare de Lyon ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel que nous conseillons vivement Merci pour votre accueil !

Hôtel dont les pratiques sont douteuses: ils ont, dans un premier temps, tenté d’augmenter le prix payé sur Expedia en prétextant que depuis la commande le prix et les prestations ont changés ! Pour information, la commande a été faite et payé 5 jours avant… puis on me facture une taxe de séjour pour un enfant mineur! C’est inacceptable! Une pure arnaque

El dueño es una persona muy amable y atenta, el resto del personal tampoco se queda corto. Recomendado 10/10. Además de que ofrecen un servicio para guardar tu equipaje despues del check out sin costo alguno por si quieres seguir visitando la ciudad. Al final me regalo una foto con mi madre.

J'ai pris une chambre non annulable, je connais les conséquences que cela implique, mais j'ai dû pour une raison médicale non dépendante de ma volonté annuler mon séjour. J'ai tout de même pris contact avec l'hôtel pour demander à annuler exceptionnellement ma chambre, un certificat médical m'a été demandé, ce que je comprend tout à fait. J'ai donc contacté mon médecin, me suis déplacée jusqu'à son cabinet pour obtenir le certificat, toute une organisation pour au final obtenir un refus de l'hôtel concernant mon annulation. Pourquoi m'avoir demandé un certificat médical pour ensuite refuser ma demande ? Il aurait été plus simple de refuser directement, cela m'aurait ainsi évité de perdre du temps et surtout de l'énergie dont j'ai besoin en ce moment. Je suis moi même dans le commerce et je suis très déçue par la façon dont a été traitée ma demande !
