Rescheduled a non-refundable single day stay to two days. Hotel refused credit of paid day. Something-for-nothing may be legal, but is certainly immoral. Buyer beware.

An excellent hotel in an amazing location. Staff are very friendly and very professional. LOTS of bars and restaurants to choose from. Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Louvre etc are a short walk away. Our new go-to hotel in Paris.

Great little hotel and in a convenient location. Only issue was when I arrived I was offered a larger room - which was fantastic- but once I arrived in the room the A/c was not working. I notified the front desk and they were aware of the problem and that it would not be fixed anytime soon. I wish they would have made me aware initially and given me the option to choose an upgraded room without a/c or the original smaller room with a/c. All worked out in the end. Would definitely stay here again!
