Loud work noise inside and outside around 8am. Not value for money. Too expensive. Initially, i asked for cancellation and full refund but they decline. A hell with their poor wifi even at the reception. I was making a call for bank credit card issue and was asked to verify via app but poor wifi, had to call again using another phone and use the other for data. Wasted half day in Paris due to this hotel. Check in would not be possible early here unlike others which is more cheaper. Room is stated bigger but the room curtain got the chunk of it, which is used as a closet door aside from the window. Toiletries is good thought. In general, Parisian are friendly staff and good service, so not much a plus here. Wonder why this hotel got exceptional rate. Won’t come back again.

straddling two neighborhoods
the hotel is delightful. small, well appointed. nice touches--water, tea in the lobby; wine/snacks at 6pm. room was decently sized. best lighting EVER in a hotel room! staff is friendly, welcoming. lots of umbrellas available for a rainy day. breakfast is served but i didnt have any. location is perfect. straddling st germain and montparnasse, there are so many places to eat and a zillion cafes and movie theaters and the metro station has 4 lines so gets you just about anywhere!! highly recommend.

Nice and convenient boutique hotel in my favourite part of Paris :) Lots of options in terms of public transport close by with excellent bistros around the hotel. Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and elegant, quiet & good-sized room. Overall a great stay!

Extremely friendly staff. In fact in 40 years of travelling, have not come across such friendly and helpful people. Lovely boutique hotel. Hôtel very convenient for travelling around town using Montparnasse Bienvenue and Varoc Metros. Breakfast very nice indeed. Very clean hotel and asked for quiet room on 6th floor.

Nice rooms a little small for 3, and I am not a fan of the tub shower. I loved the amenities and found the staff, very accommodating, I would definitely return for a future stay.

Charming hotel, convenient location. The rooms are on the small side but from what I understand that's true of most Paris hotels. There are a variety of room types so check them out and decide what works best for you. We tried the Junior Suite first, and it was very pretty/fancy on the top floor. We moved to the 1st floor apartment, which was a more practical layout for a family.

I never..... I repeat NEVER leave reviews for anything. But my stay in Paris was magical with them. Book this property! excellent location, 7 min walk to 2 main trains, le bon marche and la grande epicerie less than 5 mins away. Comfortable and cool room, excellent shower. My experience was 5 stars!!! I travelled alone and one time the front desk gentleman had my cappuccino ready by the door!!! Book this place and thank me later.
