There was road construction immiediately in front of the building. We were on the second floor and could hear the noise starting at 7am. The bed was comfy, room was clean. We did wake up too late for housekeeping one day and requested it while we were out and was told it was too late even though they were still on our floor. Directly across from the train station, be aware there’s another train station a few blocks away, we came into the wrong one but the walk was very easy. Plenty of dining, and super close to metro access.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very good. It was a 2 minute walk to Gare de L'est and a 5 minute walk to Gare de Nord. It was everything we were looking for. The room was a bit small, but fine for our stay.

This hotel was very clean, with very nice staff even if it was for 1 encounter. The room was kept clean however one downside would be that it was a little small. But other than that it was a brilliant experience in this hotel with many modes of transport available just on the doorstep. I would recommend this hotel however opt for a bigger room.

Hotel in front of the train station, convinient. There is a Subway that goes under the hotel when a train goes by, the building shake. I had to ware earplug to sleep. The room was nice and clean. I paid for convenience. I got what i paid for!

The hotel was in a location convenient to the train station, which is why we chose. Area during the day was okay, but didn’t feel all that safe at night. Hotel itself was fine, but could have used a little more room to put stuff.

Jul 2025 • Family Lovely hotel with easy access to both Gare de Nord station (excellent if travelling to Paris on the Eurostar and it's about a 12 minute walk to the hotel). The rooms are reasonably sized and comfortable with coffee pod machine and kettle (bring your own Nespresso pods as you only get 2 for the duration of your stay). Staff were friendly and helpful, special shout out to Fallon on reception for her help answering some questions we had. Gare de es't station is right across the road which made out onward journey to Luxembourg and eventually Budapest easy. This station also has access to the metro and with one change and about 20 minutes or so you will be at the Arc de Triomphe which gives easy access to other main areas of Paris.

Yes we would return.

Husbands 60th birthday. 30 minutes delayed check in. Room was clean, comfy and we would return. Kettle and tv provided. Small mini-mart on ground level next door. checked in at 2:30pm. We walked to the Louvre for tickets 4pm and made that nicely.

Overall was a great hotel within a great location for getting around, would have been nice to have been informed of the building works going on within the building the hotel is in as the noise was a little unbearable at times. I understand the building work was not to do with hotel but they were aware of the work and a little heads up would have been good! Room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay.

Great location for the railway stations

This was our second stay at the hotel. We were transferring between the nearby railway stations and spending an extra night to see some of Paris. The location was great for that, even though the area around the stations isn't that nice. We got a room on the top floor which was nice. Unfortunately there was a very strong smell of damp in the room which wouldn't go away with even with ventilating the room. There was also a lot of marks on the carpet. Perhaps related to the damp smell. They weren't able to move us that night but did move us the next morning. The next room was very nice and had no odour. We had some issues with one of the lifts. The door wouldn't always open if we were in the lift on the ground floor. We had to go back up to the first floor to get out. Not ideal.

Great hotel or access to the railway stations

We stayed here for one night as we were arriving at the nearby Gare Du Nord and catching a train the next day from Gare de l'Est. It was great for this. We didn't have far to walk and the hotel looks right on to Gare de l'Est. The room was quite small and there was some noise at night from the street. I think this has to be expected in such a central location and wasn't a problem. The room had everything we needed and I slept well.
