Good location because it’s an easy walk to the train station and there are 100s of restaurants nearby. Front desk and cleanup crew are the best!

Good choice

Small budget hotel near the center of Paris. It was completely according our expectations. Triple room had enough space, was clean, warm and light.

It was great- the front desk staff was very helpful. The house maids were great- but one of them should be a little friendlier to the customers. The rooms were good- but should have a shelf in bathroom to put our toiletteries like toothbrush toothpaste make- up etc. and their little soaps- all had to sit on sink . There should be a shelf in shower to put your shampoo/ conditioner bottles while showering. Also should have extra pillows. Otherwise a great place in a good area.

Nice affordable hotel close to Metro line 4

A good stay to an affordable price. Nice staff and good french breakfast. The neighbourhood is ethnic with many ethnic restaurants around Boulv. de Strassburg. Close to Canal Sct. Martin are french restaurants. Close to Metro line 4, which takes you across Paris from Montmartre via Les Halles and Louvre to around Montparnasse.

Generally ok but disappointing service

We had to spend a night in Paris after delays to our train service which meant we missed the train to our final destination. This was the best rated / best value in the area for a budget hotel. It was generally clean, the bed was fine and the free breakfast was welcome. However, we didn't have any hot water in the room which we didn't find out until the next morning. It turned out there was an issue with the heating system but nothing was mentioned when we went down for . The receptionist apologised when we memtioned it when checking out but it really isn't good enough when you're paying for a bed and shower. We had shower at the next hotel which cut into our day

Location is good: very close to the train station. The surrounding area could be noisy at night but there are restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly. Room conditions were fair. The sink was leaking. Can’t complain more given the fair price.

Great budget hotel

This is a great budget hotel. I stayed 3 nights. There are two metros close by which makes it easy to get around Paris and to/from the airport. I had room 103. No street noise, but you can hear the room next door. Numerous restaurants and a couple of good grocery stores close by. There’s a lot of foot traffic during the day. But everyone is respectful of tourists. I would stay there again.

Unless you take the train it isnt near anytime, homeless people near by, no food at hotel, breakfast is a croissant, noisy with sirens and room was dirty. Building is okay and staff are okay. Property is older

The hotel location is good. Near bus & train station, restaurants, and pharmacy. However, as soon as you step out the front door it is truly you feel like you are in African town. It is a bit scary to come in and out of the hotel.
