The staff is so nice!!! The location is great, their coffee spot for breakfast is really cute. The elevator is tiny and in the entrance you need to carry your own luggage so light traveling is recommended. I love this hotel!

We traveled with a family of 5 and had a joining rooms. One with a Full bed and the other with a full and twin. Full bed room had a shower but the second room only had a bath with handheld shower head. It was perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning was ok but not great. Was still warm in room in the middle of June. Small elevator for bags only not really people. Had to carry bags up a flight of stairs to get to front desk. Location was great lots of food and shopping nearby.

Nice hotel in convenient location.
Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything! Restaurants, shops metro station, bars and everything! The staff IS very friendly and cordial. Stayed with family including 2 kids Seven and 10. The Air conditionig worked fabulously so the wife was Happy!

Would have rated 5 across the ratings. Hotel management told us directly and wrote it down that they would provide our daughter with flowers and chocolates when we returned to the room as a surprise. Never came through and never mentioned.

Highly recommend!
The room was clean, smells nice and even have heated floors in one area in the bathroom! Hospitality was great and we were met with kindness and great accommodation from beginning to end! The location of the hotel was also very convenient for tourists with many restaurants around and some tourists within walking distance from the hotel.
