The standout feature of this property is its prime location. However, aside from that, the room size and amenities fall short of expectations, especially considering the price. This may be particularly noticeable for visitors from the United States. That said, given the central location and the age of the building, it’s understandable that space is limited. On a personal note, I had hoped for a better experience. We were celebrating two birthdays during our stay, and I had arranged for the room to be decorated as a surprise for my 12-year-old daughter—a paid service costing around 56 euros. I reached out to the staff well in advance and reminded them several times after check-in. Unfortunately, when we returned to our room, nothing had been done. Upon inquiry, the staff seemed unaware and simply apologized, stating, 'Sorry, we couldn’t.' By that time, it was too late, and I missed the opportunity to create a special moment for my daughter.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Magda, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants all at a walkable distance. It is a smaller hotel so the elevator could only accommodate 3 people which meant we needed to make multiple trips with our luggage and stroller however that would not deter me from booking this hotel in the future.

The stay was great, but the room was a bit small, only enough for two people. For staff service, we did not want our room to be cleaned, so it was rated below. In addition, the fridge in our room is a bit moldy. As far as luxury shopping, it’s walking distance and lots of restaurants and fast food around the area. Just a few steps away is the metro. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located just steps away from the iconic Arc de Triomphe. The location is absolutely unbeatable, making it the perfect base for exploring Paris. With major attractions within walking distance, it was a joy to stroll around and take in the beautiful sights. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, filled with charming cafes, boutiques, and easy access to public transportation. The hotel's ambiance added to the experience—elegant and beautifully designed, reflecting the Parisian charm. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Paris!
