I’d flown in from the US overnight for a one night stay and wasn’t at my best, but the front desk was very helpful and the room was fine - it had a small balcony one could look out from and remind yourself that you weren’t in the US any more. The location was very near the Arc de Triomphe - easy to find on maps, and near the metro.

Perfect location to stay if you like to shop around champs Elysee area. Transportation is super convenient bc it is few feet away from a central station. The Disney RER A line is also at the same station which makes it super convenient.

It was a nice stay at the hotel, comfortable for a family room with sofa bed and small kitchen area. It's very central 2 mins walk to the metro, nearby restaurants including 2 michelin stars restaurants and walking distance attractions and shopping area. The hotel air-condition can be improved, it was quite warm at night even though we have lowered the temperature.

The staff was AMAZING but the room was extremely small, dirty and uncomfortable, we couldn't even fully open our suitcases cuz there was no space, the door never fully closed and it was the most uncomfortable bed we ever had

An excellent quick night stay at this hotel. Room was efficient, clean, and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! Hotel boasts a great breakfast that is available for €18 per person per day. I'd skip this hotel for a larger chain of traveling with small kids as you'll simply need more space. Definitely a boutique hotel that won't disappoint.

My experience was GREAT. The hotel staff was amazing. Very accommodating and helpful with tips. The hotel is close to the metro and to the Arc of Triumph. Also close to restaurants and shopping. I still cannot get over the sight of the Arc as you walk out of the Metro. Thank you for the great experience!

This is my 4th time in Paris. I’ve always stayed I. Pretty nice hotels. The hotel is in a convenient location. However there is no luggage service, the room are super small for 2 people. If you’re not traveling with your partner you have 2 separate beds that are not really separated. The air conditioner was not working. The fridge in our room did not work either. Overall I would not choose this hotel again.

The standout feature of this property is its prime location. However, aside from that, the room size and amenities fall short of expectations, especially considering the price. This may be particularly noticeable for visitors from the United States. That said, given the central location and the age of the building, it’s understandable that space is limited. On a personal note, I had hoped for a better experience. We were celebrating two birthdays during our stay, and I had arranged for the room to be decorated as a surprise for my 12-year-old daughter—a paid service costing around 56 euros. I reached out to the staff well in advance and reminded them several times after check-in. Unfortunately, when we returned to our room, nothing had been done. Upon inquiry, the staff seemed unaware and simply apologized, stating, 'Sorry, we couldn’t.' By that time, it was too late, and I missed the opportunity to create a special moment for my daughter.
