We stayed with a friend, but their room had bedbugs. Even after switching to a new room, they found dead bedbugs, which made the experience extremely unpleasant.
On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even before we arrived in Paris. Despite requesting breakfast for only one day during our stay, we were charged for every morning of our stay plus an extra morning when we weren’t even there.
It’s been a month now, and despite ongoing email exchanges, we still haven’t received a refund.
