The hotel was lovely. One of the best I’ve stayed in when in Paris. Everyone was helpful, informative, and polite. Our only ‘problem’ was a clogged tub. I’m sure they fixed it immediately. I will stay there again.

The room was really clean & not that long redecorated. The shower was so roomy & worked fabulously, although some water escaped & we had to put our used towels down to soak up the residue. The Hotel was boutique in design, all staff were so helpful & friendly. It’s location is so central & only a short drive from Eurostar.

We loved every minute of our stay. Large room. The terrrace was extra special. Staff was amazingly helpful and always polite. Near two major metro stops. Plenty of interesting restaurants nearby. Great wine store and grocery store within a block. Best hotel we have stayed in while in Paris.

I was not happy they didn’t allow Me for early check in until almost 1:30-3:00 pm and without upgrade and the room was at the last floor with low ceiling like pyramids not the category or nothing as photos even refrigerator didn’t work and was not plugged in also at night tried to turn on TV but not working at all called reception he came and couldn’t fixed anything the room was not too clean and housekeeping seems doing lousy job even I asked for early wake up call 7:30 and no one waked me up !!! Only thing nice was the location nothing else even I booked a Hamam and 5 minutes before my time they said sorry it needs to be like 1 hour later very strange so overall I am not happy at all

They should also provide convertible outlets for guests traveling from the US. Also a more affordable breakfast option would be nice. The rooms were kept extremely clean everyday. Staff was always very helpful and pleasant.
