Me and my partner had a lovely stay in one of their Common rooms. It freatured a lovely bed, desk and shower, everything we needed in a cozy space. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. And breakfast was amazing. We absolutely will he staying here again our next stay in Paris.

Not really impressed
The hotel was okay, the room was clean and was of a decent size for Paris, however it had no style nor elegance whatsoever, so probably not a place you would want to spend a lot of time at. At night we got attacked by a dozen of mosquitoes, so could not sleep. The "honesty" bar on the ground floor was looking rather sad, and so did the terrace on the top floor.

The stafff goes above and beyond what is to expected in a 4 star hotel. Never were they too busy to answer any question or request in a friendly pleasant, professional manner. François, Marie, and Christina helped me with restaurant suggestions, subway instructions, etc. Not to be overlooked are the wait staff serving breakfast!!. Can't wait to stay here the next time I'm in Paris.

My family stayed for two nights. It was absolutely everything we wanted. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. The AC works great and the room was quiet- a must after a red-eye flight. It had the best breakfast from all the places we stayed in France. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Good location, friendly staff and bed was comfortable however the room felt very small as we also had no view from the window and very limited light. The shower was good, but there was mould on the ceiling above it. Sadly the coffee machine didn't work, the towels weren't changed and the rubbish wasn't removed from the room.
