To say the hotel is a dump is to slander dumps. The hotel lobby is virtually non-existent. The elevator will stop at your floor when it feels like it Do not plump for the break unless you are in the mood for Costo croissants

Said there was an airport shuttle but in fact it goes very limited hours. So it was a very, very long walk to public transportation in the airport complex and a long walk from public transportation to hotel. Room was shabby and very, very basic with lack of hand towels or tissues for example.

We sufocated. Summer was starting, external temperatura were around 28C. After a long day, we checked in, entered in the room and, belive or not, the heater was on. Temperature in the room was very high. We tried to adjust but there was no control at all. We called reception, asked them to set up the temperature, they say it was not possible, they have no AC and the heater could not be turned off! I asked for another room, they denied, even if I realize there were several people in the check in line. As I am engineer I mannage to turn the heated off by myself. We could not open the window as we were at ground level and we have a bad night. Carpet was worn out and dirty. There was no drinking water neither a place to buy a single bottle as the hotel is located in an area were is not possible to walk around.

We intentionally chose this hotel due to how close it was to the airport and that they offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. We figured it would be a safe way to store our luggage while we were in the city and to get a few hours of sleep before our flight. Nothing on the website said there were minimal spots for the shuttle or that it only ran for short periods of time. Hours that are not helpful for literally any flight coming or going. We ended up having to get a taxi which cost more than the hotel room and taking the metro through a very sketchy part of town. Talk about frustrating. The only upside is that we were able to store our luggage. However, it wasn't secured in a room, just left at the desk, and they required no identification to pick up the luggage and they even tried to give us someone else's bag. We're lucky that our luggage was still there and everything seemed to still be in our bags. It was a waste of money to book a room here as we slept for less than 2 hours and we didn't even get the main amenity we booked it for and the hotel was a step above a trashy motel. It was nothing like what the photos or other reviews claimed, but at least the staff was nice.

It was faitly close walking distance to T7 train to airport. Dated hotel room. No coffee or teal facilities. Room smelled of stale smoke. Bathroom and shower curtin smelled of smoke. Pillows smelled of smoke. No air con very hot in room. We had a big window however being on the ground floor is was unsafe to sleep with it open in the area. Carpet was , end of life.
