Great location, very safe and within walking distance to Old part of city, train and bus station. Located near a beautiful park. Loved the staff. Very helpful for 2 women alone, one of them in a wheelchair. Very wheelchair accessible. Went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Lots of free snacks that were a treat. Every night free water delivered and a special sweet treat. And offer for needing any assistance. Very large comfortable rooms with a beautiful balcony. Also they can accommodate someone in a wheelchair at the Spa. Loved it there would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants. Only 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Room was a little small compared to US rooms. Would stay here again

I stayed at this hotel MANY times before it was “ gentrified!! The price was three times as much and my husband had to get up at 2am to go to the front desk to ask them to turn off the heating as it was boiling hot in our room PLUS we had asked them three times before to shut it off!!! Really messed up our sleep!!!

I understand that rooms are small but when it comes to the bathroom since they’re also small the design should be different. It’s understandable that the shower will be small but why not design it enclosed instead of open with only a glass door. When showering the water splashes all the way to the toilet, wets the toilet paper as well. The shower should be closed off.
