We have been multiple times to this hotel and it never disappoints particularly on our recent visit February 2024 given the refurbishment of the hotel which has made our stay even more comfortable.Villa Nicolo provides basic services but all of a very good standard and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is the highlight. Highly recommended.

Standard 3 star property. There was an emergency with the water on the first night, no hot water and the cold water that came out was brown. Sometimes these things happen but they didn’t not notify guests or offer an apology. Sound insulation is poor generally to noise within the hotel. There was also construction above the 1st floor from 9am to 6pm. If you’re noise sensitive be aware.

J’Adore Hôtel Villa Nicolo
Absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time in Paris, and the location is perfect for one of the most amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, and close to cafes, restaurants & shops. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all!
