If you know where to go from Orly 4 it's not far and yo can walk it with your suitcase. But to come to "bridge" where yo can go up to cross the street to go to the hotel is a puzzle. .. There is a bus going to the area but stops 2 blocks before the hotel.

Good location for the airport. Room functional but very hot and noisy from other rooms. The air conditioning did not work and no ability to open window meant it was too stuffy to sleep well. A pity as was a comfortable bed.

I gave this hotel a 3 since the room is too tiny. We had stayed at the Novotel Coeur D’Orly when we had a layover and the room and bathroom for the N was 3x bigger. There was no way to manage the air flow or temp in the small room which was uncomfortable. Since we only had about 10 hours in Orly, we chose it because we had no time to even get the breakfast options. Next time I would pay more for Novotel to have more space and options for dining at any hour.

Very rude server at the restaurant/breakfast
The server at the breakfast was really not good. Not saying anything to me and was really rude to indicate that the serving tools/utensils needs to be put on the plate on the side and the lid needed to be put in a certain way. I am describing the area for the hit dishes, sausage and scrambled egg. The server was dark skin, young women. This incident really made me uncomfortable and it was not acceptable. I really hope that the hotel will look into this. She was not able to speak English/or communicate or even a smile. Otherwise hotel was ok and clean. I have stayed before in October as well.
