I have bad experience in this hotel.Very small rooms and beds.Cleaning is very bad.In room they have two big towels and one floor towel no hand towels no washcloth.Stuff in the hotel very friendly.Good thing is walking distance to Eifel Tower is about 20 min.

Generally a good place to stay. Hotel facilities are good, the bar is good in the lobby and have area to buy snacks drinks etc. Staff are ok but not brilliant. The hotel rooms are so small but they are good for what they need to be. The area is perfect tho! Loads of places to eat and there is a metro station right outside but the area of hotel is generally quiet.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night back in Paris because we had to fly back to the states after visiting Italy. It was a great price, Good amenities, and buffet very convenient for an early breakfast and departure to the airport. We definitely would return for future a stay, convenient to walk to the Eiffel Tower area, restaurants, and shops nearby.

There is not even one good thing that I can say about this hotel. Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms, no staff or equipment to carry the luggage. Unfriendly customer service…. Can write a write a book with the unpleasant experience we’ve had at this place

Great customer service
The room was nearby some kind of air conditioning blower that was very loud and annoying. The manager came up to hear it and agreed to move me to a different room. The new room had a better view and was perfectly comfortable and quiet.

Very close to a Metro station and good restaurants. We did not like our very small room. The bathroom was the smallest we've ever had in a hotel. Not good. However, there were some staff that really helped us out. Breakfast area was typical and chaotic, but it was a big hotel. The female staff member taking room numbers at the breakfast room was very nice.

I thought it was a nice stay until my belongings were stolen at breakfast my worst nightmare the staff didn't let me see camera even after I made a police report the police told me it's not unusual for hotels to put a blind eye to this kind of thing! I will now spend rest of my trip at the embassy trying to recuperate my passport and trying to get back home such a let down!! The staff was far from helpful or supportive!

Staff was attentive and kind. The location is next to the metro which is perfect for getting around the city. The hotel room is comfortable and cleaned daily. No issues throughout our stay - would stay here again.

The room was tiny! Sized for one person. Bathroom was 1.5x of the airplane bathroom. Very uncomfortable. Few amenities. Metro very close. Restaurants very close. Breakfast was very good. Would not stay there again.

The location is good and easy to navigate. The rooms are tiny and oddly shaped.No space for luggage, or movement within rooms. Moldy bathroom. Noisy elevator shafts if your room is right next door.

Great stay in Paris
This was our first trip to Paris, it was close to restaurants, laundry facilities, and metro to get around, but close to some attractions to where we could walk to. Nice hotel, I would recommend it to others. If open the window it was noisy all night but still great place to stay.
